Customs and import costs
Singapore is outside the EU. Your parcel needs a customs declaration (CN22 or CN23, or digitally with the label) with a description, the value and, for business shipments, the HS code of the contents.
The recipient usually pays import duties, VAT and clearance fees, unless you pay them in advance (DDP). Unexpected costs are a common reason for recipients to refuse a parcel, so state it clearly in your webshop.
Some products can’t be shipped, or only under conditions, such as batteries, liquids, perfume and food. Check your carrier’s terms.

Do I need to fill in a customs form for Singapore?+
Yes. Singapore is outside the EU, so your parcel needs a customs declaration with a description and the value of the contents. When you buy the label online, you usually fill it in right there.
Which carrier is the cheapest?+
