Customs and import costs
Norway is outside the EU. Your parcel needs a customs declaration (CN22 or CN23, or digitally with the label) with a description, the value and, for business shipments, the HS code of the contents.
The recipient usually pays import duties, VAT and clearance fees, unless you pay them in advance (DDP). Unexpected costs are a common reason for recipients to refuse a parcel, so state it clearly in your webshop.
Norway has its own rules for foreign webshops that send many small shipments (registration for local VAT). Check them before you sell there on a regular basis.
Some products can’t be shipped, or only under conditions, such as batteries, liquids, perfume and food. Check your carrier’s terms.

Can I send a letterbox parcel to Norway?+
Yes. A letterbox parcel costs from €13.25 with PostNL, up to 1 kg and at most 38 × 26.5 × 3.2 cm.
Do I need to fill in a customs form for Norway?+
Yes. Norway is outside the EU, so your parcel needs a customs declaration with a description and the value of the contents. When you buy the label online, you usually fill it in right there.
Which carrier is the cheapest?+
