What is in a request?

  • Orders per month, with seasonal peaks
  • Items per order and number of SKUs
  • Split between letterbox / parcel / XL
  • Destinations (NL, BE, DE, rest of EU)
  • Sales channels and current carriers
  • Sector and special requirements (returns, kitting, same-day…)
  • Start date and current situation

How does a request work?

Signing up and responding is free: asking questions, sending a quote or declining, all in your portal. The webshop stays anonymous until it wants to continue with you. A quote or a decline is final, so the webshop quickly knows where it stands. In your portal you will also find the options for more contact and insights.
