Niet tevreden van het geleverde product en van de service nadien. Ik had een spiegel gekocht (altijd een risico om deze online te kopen) en kwam dus zoals verwacht helemaal stuk aan. Nadien met de klantenservice gemaild. Ze geven enkel je geld terug en helaas sturen ze geen nieuwe spiegel op. Ik werd telefonisch ook niet verder geholpen. Nu zit ik thuis met een grote kapotte spiegel waarvoor ik nog eens geld ga moeten betalen om deze naar het containerpark te doen.

Wat een fijne ervaring: ik kreeg mokken opgestuurd die helaas met de post stuk waren gegaan. Aanvankelijk (in de verpakking) leek het maar om 1 mok te gaan, dus kreeg ik heel vriendelijk kosteloos 1 mok ter vervanging opgestuurd. Maar bij het volledig uitpakken bleken er nog 2 stuk en ook die werden weer vervangen. Zo'n klantvriendelijke benadering maak je niet vaak mee!!

We hebben een mooie grote klok besteld die in het echt nog mooier was dan op de foto's. Helaas werkte de klok niet helemaal naar behoren. We hebben dit gemeld en kregen direct een prettige reactie per mail. De oplossing die geboden is, is zeer klantvriendelijk en prettig waarvoor dank! Het is zeker aan te raden om bij dit bedrijf te kopen. Ik kan geen enkel minpuntje noemen.
