Zijn een inleverpunt voor verkoop partners op bol.com. Pakketten worden geregeld te laat of zelfs niet ingescand. Al vaker per telefoon en per mail aangegeven. En als je dan wil wachten op iemand zodat je zeker weet dat het word gescand , dan sta je in de middag vaak minimaal 15 min te wachten tot een van de medewerkers er is.
