Ik probeer al dagen contact te krijgen via mail en terug bel verzoek geen reactie,!!!! Er wordt bedragen van mijn rekening afgeschreven, wat niet de bedoeling is. Ik wil het product terug sturen ! Wie kan mij helpen om dit bedrijf gegevens door te geven zodat ik contact en retour en sturen !!!!
Ze adverteren online een product met trademark logo , sturen dan een product op volledig ander uitzicht van doos zonder de merknaam en zonder het trademark logo , ze weigeren het registratie document te tonen wegens pricacy wetgeving en dit is enkel informatie die voor iedereen toegangkelijk of zichtbaar zou moeten zijn .
Wat een onbereikbaar bedrijf! Het contactformulier op de website geeft alleen maar een foutmelding bij het versturen. Telefonisch is men constant bezet. UPDATE: Dank voor de snelle reactie. Ik heb inmiddels contact gehad.
Ik heb zeer goede ervaringen met Efulfilment Europe, waar ik meerdere webshops aan heb toevertrouwd. Voornamelijk mijn internationale verzendingen waren optimaal en goed geregeld.
