Wij zijn al jaren klant bij 4Fill en nog steeds tevreden ook al gaat er soms wat fout bij een vervoerder dit is dan niet te verwijten aan 4Fill. Zij doen altijd hun stinkende best om alle bestellingen dezelfde dag de deur uit te krijgen en dus de volgende dag bij de klant.
Was in eerste instantie zeer positief, aangezien ze mee wilden helpen om het probleem uit te zoeken en op te lossen. Maar dat bleken een hoop praatjes te zijn, na wederom contact te te hebben gehad, moest ik het maar met bol.com oplossen. Dus wat er onder het kopje contact staat, en ik citeer: DAAROM STAAN WIJ ALTIJD KLAAR OM UW VRAGEN TE BEANTWOORDEN EN OPLOSSINGEN TE BIEDEN. DAAR KLOPT NIETS VAN.
4Fill is een top bedrijf! Denken altijd met je mee en zijn enorm behulpzaam. Wij zijn enorm blij met 4Fill!
Zeer tevreden over 4Fill, met name de laagdrempelige communicatie plus het feit dat ze meedenken en maatoplossingen leveren is erg fijn. Mijn complimenten en dank ook specifiek aan Wim die me uitstekend heeft begeleid in het onboarding proces.
